Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of pridemap.app ("Pride Map"), operated by Florin Savu. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Pride Map is
Pride Map is a free, informational guide to LGBTQ+ events, places and travel. It does not sell tickets or bookings, organise events, or act on behalf of the organisers it lists, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.
3. Listings
Listings (events, places and guides) are compiled from public sources and provided "as is". Dates, locations and other details can be wrong or change, and events can be moved or cancelled. Events marked as expected or not confirmed may not take place on the dates shown. Always check the official website before travelling or making bookings. Organisers can request corrections or removal at contact@pridemap.app.
4. Events and age limits
Listings are published for information only. They are not a recommendation to attend and not an endorsement of an event or its organiser. Organisers alone are responsible for their events, including safety, conduct, entry policies and age limits. Some listed events are for adults only and may apply their own dress codes or admission rules. You are responsible for meeting the legal age and the entry conditions that apply where the event takes place, and for checking them with the organiser before you travel.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, code and original text belong to the operator. Photos belong to their creators and are used under their licenses (see the Legal Notice). Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. Names and logos of events and organisations belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts or overloads it (including aggressive automated scraping), or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it or its providers.
7. External links
The site links to external websites, including official event sites. Their content and practices are their own responsibility.
8. Availability
The site is provided free of charge and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of the site or reliance on its listings, including travel or booking costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: contact@pridemap.app. See also the Privacy Policy.
